Make changes to route and stop information in the Transport screen called “Bus Changes”. This function works much like the “Absenteeism” function we have. The critical point is that we capture the changes to student transport plans made either from the Parent App or made in the Transport screen. They are displayed in the “Bus Changes” function and we note the name of the child, grade, who made the change and what was the nature of the change, and from what route and stop to what route and stop. Also with an added column for an authorisation signature, so the list can be sent to a home room to notify students of changes made during the day.
