Change the stop time in the stop name on the route using the "Edit Stop" button 

- Go to SETTINGS | ROUTES 

- Select the  ACTIONS button next to the route

- Select Route Builder tab 

- Edit Stop, "Name" field

NOTE - This method will update the name of the stop for all routes it appears on. Particularly important to remember if adding it to the Campus Stop or any other stop that is on both AM and PM or multiple other routes.

The NEW new method of displaying Stop Times is dynamically - i.e. The stop time that shows will be specific to that route. This is a system wide change though - so if we turn on dynamic stop times, it will show for all routes in the Rollcall system.

To display Stop times dynamically

- Let us know that you want this switched on

- Remove any reference to the Stop time from the Stop Name, by editing the stops as above

- Go to SETTINGS | ROUTES 

- Select the  ACTIONS button next to the route

- Select Stop Times tab

- Enter the Stop Times for each Stop on that route

- Save Stop Times

These times will now display against each stop for drivers and parents. With this method you are able to just update the Stop Time whenever required and it will immediately display correctly for all system users.

We recommend moving to Dynamic Stop Times.
