Holiday Settings

IMPORTANT
Entering Holiday dates will remove Bus operations and all bookings for the dates entered. This cannot be undone. Please take care when entering dates and ensure that you are only entering dates that you want to REMOVE for buses.





INSTRUCTIONS - Add holidays

  1. Settings | Holidays
  2. Enter Break name
  3. Enter from and to dates - being careful to only enter dates to REMOVE
  4. Click Apply icon
  5. Check dates again
  6. Save to remove all bus dates and bookings for the selected dates.


The Holiday dates will now show as coloured squares in the Calendar. It is not possible to schedule a route or make a booking on a Holiday date.


INSTRUCTIONS - Remove holidays


  1. Settings | Holidays
  2. Click on the Holiday block in the calendar - the details will appear in the break name at the top of the screen
  3. Click on the Apply icon
  4. Click Delete


Removing holiday dates allows buses to again be scheduled on these dates and take bookings. It does not re-instate any information previously deleted when the holiday date was added.
