SMS Route Messaging


Contact the RollCall Support team to enable SMS Route Messaging


  1. Select "Messaging"
  2. Select "Message Type" - "Email" OR "SMS"
  3. Send Route Message as normal
  4. Confirm "Message Option"
  5. Select "Send SMS Message"
  6. Confirm details and select "Confirm"




note.    If using SMS messaging a certain credit balance is required

             Purchase SMS credit balance through the RollCall Marketplace

             Each message costs $0.09

             Allow up to 3 business days for credits to be updated as this is done manually by our support team after purchase


             When using SMS Route Messaging there is a character limit

             Keep messages under the character limit to avoid extra charges
