Q: Why is the student's current grade wrong?

A: Check the student record "Logs" tab for evidence of a change made by a user or an API. If there is no record of the grade change then it could be due to a mismatch between the admission year and admission grade during an import of student records - causing the current grade to be incremented incorrectly. This can be corrected with a student update using the Student Update process.
