Admin Portal - Setting up Zone Pricing on Biteable.

Setting up Zone Pricing

1. Go to Settings/Zones
2. Select "ADD" button in top right corner
3. Name Zone and select colour
4. Save
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for as many zones as required

Note:    Now that the zones have been created, allocate ALL stops to their relevant zones. Any unallocated stop will be treated as a FREE stop (no fare applied)

       6. Select Manage Zones

       7. Drag stops to the relevant zone

Note:    Stops are auto-saved once allocated to zones

              Now that the stops have been allocated to zones, set the price per trip for travel between zones

       8. Select Zone Pricing

       9. Set the prices for travel between zones

Note:    Zone pricing is auto-saved once entered

IMPORTANT: Any stop not assigned to a Fare Zone is effectively Free. 

Ensure new stops are always assigned a zone and regularly check your system for unassigned stops in the Manage Zones map.
