Parents - Bulk send Parent Welcome Email

NEW METHOD

We recently improved the Bulk Welcome email process, to allow admin users to bulk select parents with just a few clicks and send their Welcome email. Users can still use the old method if you want more transparency of exactly which parents (email addresses) are being included in the bulk send process.

1. Navigate to the Parent Settings screen
2. Select the "Send Bulk Welcome Email" Button in the top right

3. Select your preferred options. Below is a picture of the selection window with the recommended options selected. See the notes below for more information on the different options.

Bulk send Parent Welcome Email 

When sending the Parent Welcome Email to multiple parents at once, this method can be used

1. Go to Settings/Parents
2. Apply required filters in the top left corner
3. Select ALL checkbox in header row
4. Select “Send Welcome Email” button in top right
5. Confirm “Yes”

Note:    To access the RollCall Parent App Parents must set their password via the link in the welcome email - this link will expire after 72 hours or "one click" of the link.
