What’s New

1. Multi-Factor-Authentication: We are pleased to announce that we are releasing two factor authentication across all RollCall accounts. Our goal is to keep you and your account as safe and secure as possible. MFA is available using email or SMS. To use SMS for MFA admin user must have a unique mobile number in the system, not associated with any other parent, admin, or driver account.

2. SMS Route Messaging: Send out bulk texts to parents via ‘messaging’ and top up account credit balance directly with RollCall. Contact the RollCall Support team to enable SMS for Route Messaging.
