RollCall 2025 Rollover

Modified on Thu, 26 Sep at 4:31 PM

The 2025 Rollover process in the RollCall Admin Console is a self-managed and fully automated process, designed to assist schools in smoothly transitioning their Bus Routes from one academic year to the next. This process ensures that all key data — such as student and parent records, and bus stops and routes —moves seamlessly into the new year, maintaining continuity with administrative intervention minimally required.

Key Benefits

  • Time-Saving: Automation eliminates majority of the manual data entry, significantly reducing time and effort during the year-end rollover.
  • Self-Managed: Schools can control when and how the rollover occurs, providing flexibility for specific institutional timelines.
