Parent App - How to create a customised bus booking

1. Go to Bookings screen
2. Select + button in top right corner
3. Select Student and Period
4. Select Apply
5. Select Add New Stop
6. Select the first Group, Bus and Stop
7. Select date range
8. Select any special requirements e.g only catching the Bus Tue and Thu
9. Select Save button
10. Once all Booking selections have been made, select Confirm
11. Select Yes
12. The Bus Booking has now been made and you will receive a booking receipt
13. Check the Bus Changes tab in the parent App or web portal for details of upcoming bus events.

TIPS:    

• Repeat steps 5-9 for any other buses and special requirements e.g. catching a different bus every 2 weeks 
• Repeat as many times as required, including for other groups as well e.g. AM and PM
• Making a new booking for the same event group and dates will overwrite any existing booking on your student's schedule
•  Be mindful of the start date (From) when adding a different bus for alternating weeks
• If a bus is at full capacity for any given date, you will not be able to book your child to it for that date
