Parent App - How to Login
- Enter your RollCall School Code
- Enter your Email
- Enter your Password
- Select Login
When the driver of your student's bus commences operating the route, you will see the Live Tracking Map. At all other times you will see the "Route Not Logged ON" message.
Important Notes and Troubleshooting:
- Ensure that you have a valid data connection for your default internet browser before clicking on the link to set your password.
- The Welcome Email password link (token) is valid for a set time period and "one-click" only.
- Your RollCall account is activated after you successfully set your password and login for the first time.
- Your RollCall access "School code" is communicated in STEP 2 of your Welcome Email.
- A Password reset (Forgot password link) will only work if your account is active - i.e. you have been invited to use RollCall by your RollCall provider (school or bus company) via the Parent Welcome Email process.
- Contact your RollCall provider (school or bus company) to obtain a new Welcome Email if the token has expired or your account is inactive.
RollCall Support staff are not able to assist with adding a parent account or changing your account status, because we are not able to verify your authority to be attahced to the student account. Please contact your RollCall provider to check or change your parent account status.
