Overview
The Plugins screen in RollCall provides a centralised view for managing external integrations; commonly referred to as plug-ins or APIs. These plug-ins extend the functionality of RollCall by enabling data exchange with student management systems, payment gateways, authentication services, and CSV import tools. This feature is primarily used by RollCall support staff to monitor, activate, configure, and troubleshoot your integrations.
Clients are able to view the status of each Plugin and the last date/time a RollCall Support team member checked their Plugin connection or configuration

RollCall Bulk Upload CSV:
Core tool for importing student and parent data using standard CSV templates. Every school should have this one installed and active.
RollCall Bulk Custom CSV:
Not in Use
RollCall SSO (SAML2):
Enables Single Sign-On access via SAML2 authentication protocols, simplifying logins for users.
TASS Plug-in:
Connects RollCall to the TASS student management system to sync student and parent details.
Sentral Syncing:
Connects RollCall to the Sentral student management system to sync student and parent details.
Wonde Plug-in:
Connects RollCall to any other student management system via Wonde (third party) to sync student and parent details.
Payment Gateway Plug-in:
Integrates RollCall with a supported payment facility for collecting payment of bus fees and fares directly to the client's bank account
Plug-in Status Indicators:
Each plug-in displayed on the screen includes the following information:
Installation & Activation Status:
Installed – Activated (Green): Active and functioning.
Installed – Deactivated (Red): Installed but currently inactive.
Uninstalled (Red): Not installed on the school’s instance.
Last Connection Date:
Reflects the last time a RollCall support team member reviewed or monitored the Plugin. This is the not the last time the Plugin connection was active.
