Parent App - View transactions


  1. Login to your RollCall Parent App
  2. Go to the Transaction tab
  3. Tap on the student balance amount shown to view transactions
  4. Scroll down to find the transaction and across to see more detail


Parent App - Add credit 


  1. Login to your RollCall Parent App
  2. Go to the Transaction tab
  3. Select the + button
  4. Select the check marks of the student(s) you want to add credit to
  5. Enter credit amount(s)
  6. Select Next button
  7. Select Confirm button
  8. Follow the steps to pay through the payment gateway 


Transaction Types explained


Credit - Payment made via the Add credit button and payment gateway within RollCall Parent App or Web Portal. Credits for siblings are applied separately to each account even if the payment is made as a single transaction.


BUS FARE - A PAYG trip charge for using the bus services. Check with your RollCall provider (school or bus company) for details about the cost of using their bus service.


PERIOD CHARGE - A single charge for using the bus over a period of time - e.g. A Term pass or Annual bus pass. Refer to the description for details and check with your RollCall provider for details about the cost of using their bus service.


ACC ADJUST - A manual charge or credit applied to your account by a system admin user - usually the accounts team of your RollCall provider. Refer to the description for details and check with your RollCall provider if you have questions about adjustments made to your student's transaction account.
