Students - Creating Students (Add Button)

Admin Portal - 4.1 Creating Students (Add Button) on Biteable.

Creating Students (Add Button)

Go to Settings/Students
Select “Add” button in top right corner
Fill in student details as required
Select required tickboxes
Select student booking option Bus Traveler or Casual
Select student Payment Charging Option
Confirm details are correct and Save

Note: * indicates a required field

DELETING STUDENT RECORDS
Student records cannot be deleted . This is to protect the history which may be attached to the student record. Instead make Student records "Inactive" by removing the Active checkmark in the student options

STUDENT OPTIONS

Suspended - driver will get a message when student scans on. Define in your policies.
In Smart Route - student will be visible for allocation in Smart Route
Active - Student is Active and are able to be booked on buses. By default only Active students are shown in the Student list.
Student Custody Flag - this feature is still under development
No Alert For Wrong Stop- driver will not be warned if the student scans off at the wrong stop
Medical - will be visible on the driver app, use the notes section to provide further information
Special Consideration - this feature is still under development
Student Text and Student Type are custom fields - contact support@rollcall.com.au for more info
Pay Per Period - select payment frequency and add discount percentage if required
PAYG - add discount percentage or fixed fare if required
