RollCall now integrates with Veracross

RollCall now integrates with Veracross, allowing schools to automatically sync student data and keep transport information accurate.
  • Automatically sync student data from Veracross to RollCall
  • Transport records update when student details change
  • Spend less time maintaining student data manually

"Why can't I just remove a stop?"

We heard you.... and we've fixed it.

See which students have bookings at that stop, reassign them, and remove the stop — all in one simple action.

Bulk assigning students just got easier!

Now, while bulk assigning students in the Assign Students tab, you can see existing students by stop.

This means you can:
  • See existing student assignments while adding more students
  • Avoid duplicate or incorrect bookings
  • Bulk assign students with more confidence and fewer mistakes

Improvements

Additional fixes and reliability improvements 


  • Parent App

    • Reduced “Unable to connect to RollCall” timeout errors, improving overall app reliability.

    • Improved live bus tracking accuracy so parents see more reliable vehicle locations.

    • Fixed an issue where afternoon bookings were not visible for some parents.

    • Updated notification settings display to remove layout issues.

    • Parent and student updates now appear more reliably across the system after changes are made.

    Drivers

    • Fixed an issue where the Driver App could freeze when scanning students off the bus, restoring normal scanning during routes.

    School Admins

    • Resolved an issue where some reports could not be exported.

    • Fixed a problem where messages were not being delivered to parents from the Messaging Hub.

    System Reliability

    • Several backend and infrastructure improvements were made to improve system stability, reporting performance, and data syncing reliability.
