RollCall Release Update – Parent App Login Improvements
A new version of the RollCall Parent App is now available.
This update makes it easier for parents to set up and log in to their accounts.
We recommend that parents download or update the RollCall Parent App to the latest version, available via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
What’s Changed for Parents
Parents can now:
Log in using their email address, even if they have children at multiple RollCall schools
Set up their own login directly in the app (no school codes required)
Reset their own passwords without needing support from the school

FAQs
Do schools need to resend welcome emails?
No. Existing welcome links will continue to work.
Parents will be guided through the new login flow automatically when they open the app.
How is parent access managed now?
Parent access continues to be based on parent–student relationships.
Once a parent is linked to a student, they can complete their login directly without further school involvement.
Will this affect schools using Single Sign-On (SSO)?
No. Parents will still be automatically directed to their school’s SSO login page where applicable.
