Individually Allocating Students to a Route
- Go to Settings/Students
- Locate student Bus allocation is required for
- Select “ACTIONS” button
- Go to “Bus Bookings” tab
- Select relevant Group, Bus, Stop and Date Range
- Select “Apply” button
- Confirm week/day repeats
- Select “Apply”
A coloured 'Heatmap' will now indicate the days the student is allocated to which bus
Note: To remove a student from the bus, follow the same method but select 'No Bus' for the bus in step 5
IMPORTANT - STUDENTS CAN ONLY HAVE ONE BOOKING IN EACH EVENT GROUP
Students should be booked to the bus they intend to catch each day and this can be changed as necessary by a RollCall admin user or the parent, if the school allows, or by the student if they are given secondary carer access - right up until the student catches the bus.
It is also possible for the student to self-register on any bus, regardless of the booking by using the Scan tag or card.
Clients that have a genuine need to book students on to multiple services (usually to minimise fare evasion) should contact RollCall support for assistance with how to create multiple Event Groups to allow for students to have multiple AM or PM bookings.
