Parent App - How to Login (App version 3.1.27 and later)

To access the latest login experience, we strongly recommend updating the RollCall Parent App to the most recent version available in the App Store or Google Play.


The instructions below apply to app version 3.1.27 and later.  For older versions please see our previous instructions


Logging into your RollCall Parent App

Overview of key steps

  1. Open the RollCall Parent App
  2. Enter your email address and select Continue
  3. Verify your identity
    Choose how you would like to receive a one-time verification code (email or SMS)
    Enter the 6-digit code you receive
  4. Set or enter your password
    If this is your first time logging in, you will be prompted to create a password
    If you already have an account, simply enter your password to continue


Once complete, you will be logged in to the Parent App.


What you will see after logging in

If your student has a booking and the bus route is operating, you will see the Live Tracking map.


Note: Should you see the message “Route Not Logged On”, this means the bus driver has not yet logged on to the route. 


Once the driver logs on and the route is operating, the Live Tracking map will appear automatically (if your student has a booking or has boarded using their scan tag/card).  There is nothing parents need to do if they see this message.
