Stop Guardian Guide

Stop Guardian allows for the monitoring of student scans and the geofences around bus stops. It can be used as a tool to check stop locations are accurate to the actual locations students are getting on/off of the bus. This feature can help schools have the most accurate location data for their Bus Routes, ensuring duty of care requirements can be met. 

1. Go to Settings/Routes
2. Select ACTIONS button of the relevant route
3. Select Stop Guardian 
4. Select relevant date range

Note:    Select a date range with a small amount of scan date for the most accurate results

              Student scan data will display as 

              Green = Scan On

              Red = Scan Off

              Use the scan locations to determine when stops need to be potentially created or updated

Where there is a scan nowhere near a listed stop, there are 2 options:

1. Create a new stop where the scan has been occurring
2. Remind the family and Bus driver of the registered stop locations

Where there is a scan close to, but not in a stop, you can adjust the stop location

1. Drag and drop stop to the correct location
2. Save
