How to use the Route Mapping dashboard
View active routes, check live locations, and review traffic conditions on the map.
The Route Mapping screen brings your active routes and stop locations together on a live map. Use it to monitor services and review the route paths and traffic conditions affecting your transport operation.

Who can access Route Mapping?

Open Route Mapping
- Select Dashboards from the main navigation bar.
- Select the Route Mapping tab.
Choose what to display
Use the options along the top of the map to select the view you need.
- Choose the AM Dashboard or PM Dashboard view.
- Select the Event Groups you want to see.
- Select specific Routes if you want to focus on part of your network.
- Use the Traffic Layer option to add traffic information to the map.
Understand the map controls
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| AM / PM Dashboard | Switches between the morning and afternoon dashboard views. |
| Event Groups | Limits the map to the event groups you want to view. |
| Routes | Limits the map to specific routes. |
| Traffic Layer | Adds real-time traffic information to help you assess conditions along your routes. |
What can I review?
| Function | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Live Route Data | Real-time route information, including live locations and route deviations. |
| Route Mapping | Route paths, stop locations, and key points on the interactive map. |
| Traffic Layer | Traffic conditions overlaid on the map to support operational decisions. |
