How to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Set up an extra sign-in check using a code sent by email or SMS.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds an extra check when signing in. You can receive your one-time code by email or SMS.

Quick path: Click here to setup MFA → choose Email or SMS → verify your code

Using SMS? Your admin account must have a unique mobile number connected to it. The same number cannot be shared across admin accounts.

  1. Open MFA setup.

Select Click here to setup MFA.

  2. Choose how to receive your code.

Select Use Email or Use SMS.

  3. Continue.

    Select Next.

  4. Request your code.

    Select Send Code.

  5. Enter the code.

Check your email or SMS messages, depending on the method you chose. Enter the One-Time-Password (OTP) code you received.

  6. Verify your code.

    Select Verify Code.
