Data Privacy & Security
Your school’s data remains your property at all times.
RollCall does not take ownership of your data and only accesses the information required to deliver the service.
When using an integration:
- Controlled Access
Your school authorises what data is shared. Access is limited to the specific fields required for synchronisation. - Source of Truth
Your Student Management System remains the source of truth. RollCall reflects the data provided by your system and does not alter it independently. - Privacy Compliance
RollCall and our integration partners (including TASS, Sentral and Wonde) operate in accordance with Australian data protection and privacy standards. - Secure Data Transfer
All integrations use secure, encrypted connections. - Auditability
Data synchronisation activity is logged and monitored to ensure accountability and traceability.
