Students - Student Profile Field Summary

Field	Description
First Name	The student's first name. Typically synchronised from the school's LMS and used throughout RollCall for identification and reporting.
Last Name	The student's surname. Usually synchronised from the LMS and displayed throughout RollCall.
Student Number	The student's unique school ID number. Typically sourced from the LMS and used for integrations and synchronisation.
Student Code	The student's NFC Card Tag code. Used when students tap on and off transport services.
Grade	The student's current year level within the school. Usually synchronised from the LMS.
Initial Grade	The year level the student was originally assigned when first entered into RollCall. Retained for historical reference.
Admission Year	The year the student was first enrolled into RollCall. Used for reporting and historical records.
Campus	Identifies the student's campus. If integrated with an LMS, the campus name must match the LMS campus format exactly.
Suspended	Indicates the student is currently suspended. When enabled, a black indicator appears on the Driver App and an exception is displayed for administrators.
In Smart Route	Determines whether the student is available within SmartRoute functionality and menus.
Active	Indicates whether the student is currently active at the school. Inactive students are generally no longer attending.
Student Custody Flag	Currently not used within RollCall functionality.
No Alert For Wrong Stop	Disables Wrong Stop alerts for the student. Underage indicators associated with Wrong Stop alerts will also not be displayed.

Special Consideration	Under development...
Exclude From Sync	Prevents LMS updates from synchronising to the student's RollCall profile. Consult RollCall Support before enabling, as future LMS changes will not flow through.
Student Text	Free-text field available for additional student information if required.
Student Type	Custom classification used for reporting purposes (e.g. Full Time, Part Time, Casual).
Handover Code	Indicates whether handover codes have been configured for the student. Refer to the Handover Codes Training Guide for more information - Students - Handover Codes
Booking Option	*Controls how transport bookings are managed for the student. Refer to the Payments Module Training Guide for details.
Payment Charging Option	*Determines how transport charges are applied to the student. Refer to the Payments Module Training Guide for more information.
Payment Frequency	*Defines how often transport charges are applied (e.g. Semester, Term, or Year).
Discount %	*Allows discounts to be applied to student transport charges where applicable.
Fixed Fare	*Enables a fixed fare amount to be charged regardless of booking variations.
Driver Notes	Displays important operational information to drivers through the Driver App. Do not enter sensitive or medical information.

Note: Most student demographic information is synchronised from the school's LMS. Changes made directly within RollCall may be overwritten during future synchronisations unless Exclude From Sync has been enabled.
