Parent App Update

Hi everyone,

Quick heads up: the new RollCall app has been live for two weeks now, and from Thursday 20th August, we'll be moving all remaining users across automatically.

A couple of things worth knowing as you support parents through the change:

• The Guided Tour - runs automatically the first time someone logs into the app and walks them through the basics of how to navigate the new app. 

• The Help section - contains parent app instructions and guidance, and lets them replay the Guided Tour at any time.

If you haven't looked through the Help section yet, it's worth a few minutes before Thursday so you know exactly what parents are seeing.
