Bulk Allocating Students to a Route

Use this method when allocating multiple students to a route at once

1. Go to Settings/Routes 
2. Locate route students are to be allocated to
3. Select “ACTIONS” button
4. Go to “Assign Students” tab
5. Drag students from the left to the relevant stop on the right 
6. Once all students are allocated to their correct stops - select “Assign Students” button in bottom centre
7. Confirm week/day repeats
8. Select the relevant date range
9. Select “Apply” button

Note:    It may take some time to load, please DO NOT exit or refresh the page

              Use the Transport Scree to check allocations are correct
