How to Generate the Report/Filters:

Steps:

  1. Access your school's RollCall Admin Console.
  2. Select "Reports" from the navigation bar.
  3. Select "Bus Check Report" from the dropdown or the report icons.
  4. Apply relevant filters such as date range, route, and organisation.
  5. Click "Run Report."
  6. Use the on-screen report tool or export the report to PDF or Excel.

Filter Information:

  • From Date/To Date: Specify the date range for which you need the report. This helps in narrowing down the data to a specific period.
  • Route: Select the specific bus route(s) you are interested in. Useful for focusing on particular routes.
  • Route Group: Choose the group of routes if applicable. This helps in managing and viewing grouped route data.

Understanding the Report:

Columns:

  • Date: The date when the bus check was conducted. Example: 05/07/2024.
  • Event Group: Indicates whether the check was in the AM or PM. Example: AM.
  • Bus: The bus number involved in the check. Example: BMC - Bus 3.
  • Route: The specific route name or identifier. Example: New Gisborne_2024.
  • Bus Check Driver: Indicates if the bus driver performed the check. Example: None.
  • Supervisor Check: Indicates if the supervisor performed the check. Example: None.
  • Teacher Check: Indicates if the teacher performed the check. Example: None.

  • Bus Check Driver: Tracks whether the driver has performed the required checks.
