Supervisors – Special Ed/Early Learning Services

AM Instructions:

Tap the GREEN Scan On button so it turns RED
Tap your unique RollCall ID tag on the TAP HERE logo at the back of the device
Your name will appear at the top of the screen in BLUE with an ORANGE symbol
If you are Tapping students on – Tap the student on at Baggage tag on the left side of the
Student’s name will change to BLUE – On Status
If you are Tapping Students off - Tap the student on at Baggage tag on the left side of the
Student’s name will change to GREY – Off Status
Message – “This Route is Complete” Tap “YES”
When the last student gets off the bus – Scan the BUS CHECK Board

PM Instructions:

TAP HERE logo at the rear of the device
Your name will appear at the top of the screen in BLUE with an ORANGE symbol
When the last student gets off the bus – Scan the BUS CHECK Board

PM Instructions:

When Bus Arrives at the School or during the loading tap your unique RollCall ID Tag on the TAP HERE logo at the rear of the device
Your name will appear at the top of the screen in BLUE with an ORANGE symbol
When the last student gets on the bus – Scan the BUS CHECK Board to authorise it to leave
