IMPORTANT:

  • Always grip the phone front and back when handling or inserting into cradle. Holding down buttons (while gripping sides of the phone) can cause the phone to enter "Voice Assist" or "Recovery/Fast Boot" modes.
  • If the device is not operating as expected try a simple RESTART before contacting our support team.


Battery life and Charging:
A full charge for a Nokia G22 using a compatible 20W USB-C power adapter takes less than two hours, with a 50% charge achieved in about 50 minutes. Other charging setups will have varied results with lower power output adpaters or power supply outlets taking longer. A minimum 5.0V/2A outlet is recommended.
  • Charging Time: The Nokia G22 supports 20W fast charging, allowing you to reach 80% battery in about 68 minutes. 
  • Full Charge: A complete charge takes less than two hours. 
  • 50% Charge: You can achieve a 50% charge in approximately 40 minutes. 
  • Battery Life: The G22 is known for its three-day battery life with average use. 
  • Charging Tips:
    • Use a compatible 20W USB-C power adapter for optimal charging. 
    • Unplug the charger when charging is complete. 
    • Do not exceed 12 hours of continuous charging. 
    • Keep the battery between 15°C and 25°C (59°F and 77°F) for optimal performance.
