IMPORTANT:

Always grip the phone front and back when handling or inserting into cradle. Holding down buttons (while gripping sides of the phone) can cause the phone to enter "Voice Assist" or "Recovery/Fast Boot" modes.
If the device is not operating as expected try a simple RESTART before contacting our support team.
