It includes metrics such as the bus capacity, expected and actual utilisation rates, and the number of travellers. This report is essential for understanding how effectively the bus fleet is being used and for identifying opportunities to optimise transportation resources.

How to Generate the Report/Filters:
Steps:
- Access your school's RollCall Admin Console.
- Select "Reports" from the navigation bar.
- Select "Bus Utilisation Report" from the dropdown or the report icons.
- Apply relevant filters such as date range and organisation.
- Click "Run Report."
- Use the on-screen report tool or export the report to PDF or Excel.
Filter Information:
- From Date/To Date: Specify the date range for which you need the report. For this report, the date range is from 05/07/2024 to 05/07/2024.
- Greater Than Actual Utilisation: Optionally, filter for buses with utilisation greater than a specific percentage.
- Less Than Actual Utilisation: Optionally, filter for buses with utilisation less than a specific percentage.
- Organisation: Select the organisation or school to which the report pertains. Ensures the data is relevant to your institution.
Understanding the Report:
Columns:
- Bus: The identifier for the bus and route. Example: AM - BMC - Bus 3.
- Event Group: Indicates whether the trip occurred in the AM or PM. Example: AM.
- Date: The date of the trip. Example: 05/07/2024.
- Capacity: The seating capacity of the bus. Example: 14.
- Expected Travellers: The number of travellers expected based on bookings. Example: 3.
- Expected Utilisation: The expected utilisation rate based on bookings. Example: 21%.
- Actual Travellers: The actual number of travellers who boarded the bus. Example: 0.
- Actual Utilisation: The actual utilisation rate based on the number of travellers. Example: 0%.
- Instances: The number of instances this bus was used. Example: 1.
- Total Travellers: The total number of travellers across all instances. Example: 0.
- Avg Travellers: The average number of travellers per instance. Example: 0.00.
- Avg Utilisation: The average utilisation rate across all instances. Example: 0.00%.
