How to Generate the Report/Filters:

Steps:

  1. Access your school's RollCall Admin Console.
  2. Select "Reports" from the navigation bar.
  3. Select "Student Stop Report" from the dropdown or the report icons.
  4. Apply relevant filters such as date range, student, stop, and organisation.
  5. Click "Run Report."
  6. Use the on-screen report tool or export the report to PDF or Excel.

Filter Information:

  • From Date/To Date: Specify the date range for which you need the report. For this report, the date range is from 05/07/2024 to 05/07/2024.
  • Student: Select individual students or leave blank to include all students.
  • Stop: Specify the stop, such as "LA SA."
  • Organisation: Select the organisation or school to which the report pertains. Ensures the data is relevant to your institution.

  • ID: The unique identifier for the student. Example: 188134.
  • Date: The date of the report. Example: 05/07/2024.
  • Route Group: The group name of the route. Example: AM or PM.
  • Route: The name of the bus route assigned to the student. Example: Route 1.
  • First Name: The first name of the student. Example: John.
  • Last Name: The last name of the student. Example: Doe.
  • Student Number: The unique number assigned to the student. Example: 123456.
  • Code: The student's code or identifier used in the system. Example: STU001.
  • Grade: The grade level of the student. Example: 5.
  • Campus: The name of the campus the student is associated with. Example: RollCall College.
  • Address: The address of the student's bus stop. Example: 123 Main Street.
  • Booking Option: Indicates if the student is booked for the route. Example: Yes.
  • Active: The active status of the student's booking. Example: Active.
  • Smart Route: Information on whether the route is part of a smart routing system. Example: Yes.
