Overview:
The Trip Summary Report provides an aggregated overview of bus trips for students within a specified date range. It includes details such as the student's name, student number, grade, and the count of trips taken in the AM, PM, and other times. This report is essential for monitoring student participation in transportation services and ensuring efficient bus operations.
Report Type:
Transportation Report
Key Information Provided:
- Student's first and last name
- Student number
- Grade
- AM trip count

- Total trip count
How to Generate the Report/Filters:
Steps:
- Access your school's RollCall Admin Console.
- Select "Reports" from the navigation bar.
- Select "Trip Summary Report" from the dropdown or the report icons.
- Apply relevant filters such as date range, student, and organisation.
- Click "Run Report."
- Use the on-screen report tool or export the report to PDF or Excel.
Filter Information:
- From Date/To Date: Specify the date range for which you need the report. For this report, the date range is from 05/07/2024 to 05/07/2024.
- Student: Select "ALL" to include all students or specify individual students.
- Organisation: Select the organisation or school to which the report pertains. Ensures the data is relevant to your institution.
Understanding the Report:

- Student First Name: The first name of the student. Example: John.
- Student Last Name: The last name of the student. Example: Doe.
- Student Number: The unique identifier for the student. Example: 123456.
- Grade: The grade level of the student. Example: 5.
- AM Count: The number of trips taken by the student in the morning. Example: 1.
- PM Count: The number of trips taken by the student in the afternoon. Example: 1.
- Other Count: The number of trips taken by the student at other times. Example: 0.
- Total: The total number of trips taken by the student. Example: 2.
