How to Generate the Report/Filters:
Steps:
- Access your school's RollCall Admin Console.
- Select "Reports" from the navigation bar.
- Select "Driver Report" from the dropdown or the report icons.
- Apply relevant filters such as date range and organisation.
- Click "Run Report."
- Use the on-screen report tool or export the report to PDF or Excel.
Filter Information:
- From Date/To Date: Specify the date range for which you need the report. For this report, the date range is from 05/07/2024 to 05/07/2024.
- Organisation: Select the organisation or school to which the report pertains. Ensures the data is relevant to your institution.
Understanding the Report:
Columns:
- Date: The date of the report. Example: 05/07/2024.
- Event Group: Indicates whether the trip occurred in the AM or PM. Example: AM.
- Campus: The name of the campus. Example: RollCall College.
- Bus Company: The name of the bus company. Example: RollCall Bus Services.
- Bus Route: The route name or number. Example: Bus Route 1.
- Driver First Name: The first name of the driver. Example: John.
- Driver Last Name: The last name of the driver. Example: Doe.
- Child Safety Check Expiry Date: The expiry date of the driver's child safety check. Example: 12/12/2024.
- Login Time: The time the driver logged into the system. Example: 7:00 AM.
- Logout Time: The time the driver logged out of the system. Example: 4:00 PM.

- Driver Activity: Tracks the login and logout times of drivers to monitor their working hours.
