How to Generate the Report/Filters:

Steps:

  1. Access your school's RollCall Admin Console.
  2. Select "Reports" from the navigation bar.
  3. Select "First Stop KPI Report" from the dropdown or the report icons.
  4. Apply relevant filters such as date range, bus, and driver.
  5. Click "Run Report."
  6. Use the on-screen report tool or export the report to PDF or Excel.

Filter Information:

  • Date Range: Specify the date range for which you need the report. For this report, the date range is from 05/07/2024 to 05/07/2024.
  • Bus: Select "ALL" to include all buses or specify individual buses.
  • Driver: Select "ALL" to include all drivers or specify individual drivers.
  • Organisation: Select the organisation or school to which the report pertains. Ensures the data is relevant to your institution.

Understanding the Report:

Columns:

  • Date: The date of the report. Example: 05/07/2024.
  • Bus: The bus number involved in the trip. Example: Bus 1.
  • Stop: The name of the first bus stop. Example: Main Street Stop.
  • Expected Arrival Time: The scheduled arrival time of the bus at the first stop. Example: 7:00 AM.
  • Actual Arrival Time: The actual arrival time of the bus at the first stop. Example: 7:05 AM.
  • Arrival Time Variance: The difference between the expected and actual arrival times. Example: +5 minutes.
  • Expected Departure Time: The scheduled departure time of the bus from the first stop. Example: 7:10 AM.
  • Actual Departure Time: The actual departure time of the bus from the first stop. Example: 7:12 AM.
  • Departure Time Variance: The difference between the expected and actual departure times. Example: +2 minutes.
  • Driver: The name of the driver. Example: John Doe.
  • Route Group: The group name of the route. Example: AM.
  • Average Arrival Time: The average arrival time across all records. Example: 7:05 AM.
  • Average Departure Time: The average departure time across all records. Example: 7:12 AM.
