  • Parent's first and last name
  • Email address

  • Total number of welcome emails sent

How to Generate the Report/Filters:

Steps:

  1. Access your school's RollCall Admin Console.
  2. Select "Reports" from the navigation bar.
  3. Select "Parents Engagement Report" from the dropdown or the report icons.
  4. Apply relevant filters such as date range and organisation.
  5. Click "Run Report."
  6. Use the on-screen report tool or export the report to PDF or Excel.

Filter Information:

  • From Date/To Date: Specify the date range for which you need the report. For this report, the date range is from 05/07/2024 to 05/07/2024.
  • Organisation: Select the organisation or school to which the report pertains. Ensures the data is relevant to your institution.

Understanding the Report:

Columns:

  • Parent First Name: The first name of the parent or guardian. Example: John.
  • Parent Last Name: The last name of the parent or guardian. Example: Doe.
  • Email: The email address of the parent or guardian. Example: [email protected].
  • Last Sent Welcome Email: The date when the last welcome email was sent to the parent. Example: 01/07/2024.
  • Total Welcome Emails Sent: The total number of welcome emails sent to the parent. Example: 3.
  • Engaged: Indicates whether the parent has engaged with the communication. Example: Yes.
  • Engagement Date/Time: The date and time when the parent engaged with the communication. Example: 05/07/2024 09:38 AM.

  • Engagement Rate: Tracks the percentage of parents who have engaged with the welcome emails.
  • Total Emails Sent: Monitors the total number of welcome emails sent to each parent.
