Adding a Payment Facility

The RollCall system offers our clients integration with any one of three popular payment facilities.

You will need to open an account with one of the providers above and then provide us with your payment API keys.   


Once established, parents will be able to add credit to their student's RollCall account via the RollCall parent App on a mobile device or the Parent web portal on a computer.


RollCall do not charge any additional software or transaction fees for adding a payment integration


You can choose whether or not to pass on your provider transaction fees to parents or absorb them.


When a successful payment is made, the RollCall student account is automatically credited and the student balance updated.


RollCall system does not store any payment information and all transactions are completed securely by your payment facility provider.


Parents can make payments via the RollCall App or parent web portal and see a record of all bus fares and credits on their student account.
