• Confirm Student Identifier:

  • ID

  • or Student Code

• Tenant ID(s) per campus

• Campus mapping

Default Configuration

Mode:

• Multi

Parent Filtering:

• Run first preview with no restriction

• If numbers too high → apply Lives With filter

Include Future Students:

• Optional (confirm preference)

Sentral-Specific Checks

If all students deactivating:

• Wrong student identifier selected (ID vs Student Code)

If parents excessive:

• Lives With not applied

If parents too low:

• Lives With overly restrictive

If students mapping wrong campus:

• Tenant ID incorrectly assigned
