Wonde – Agent Setup Rules

Wonde flow is different.

School does NOT send credentials.

Agent Process

1. Request school via Wonde console

2. Wait for school approval

3. Generate API token internally

4. Configure RollCall

Required from School

• Confirmation they use Wonde

• Wonde Admin contact (to approve request)

No credentials required from school.

Default Configuration

Parent Filtering:

• Start with no restriction OR

• Priority 1 & 2 (preferred starting point per transcript)

Mode:

• Multi

Include Future Students:

• ON (unless school objects)

Wonde-Specific Checks

Wonde varies by SIS.

If parents excessive:

• Restrict to Priority 1 only and re-run preview

If parents missing:

• Email missing

• Duplicate email

• No parent attachment in SIS

If strange behaviour:

• Check SIS structure before escalating
