Guide to RollCall system notifications

Default Templates are applied for all clients. Changes to the default templates can be requested by contacting [email protected] with details of your change request, including a copy of the notification template and the reason for the change. 


Changes are limited to text changes, basic formatting and insertion of hyperlinks. We're unable to add custom images or advanced formatting.


We have designed the templates to be generic and suited to all client applications and we will continually update our DEFAULT templates as system changes require us to do so. 


Clients that choose to alter the DEFAULT templates will need to monitor their own notifications to ensure the content of the notification is kept relevant to the system functionality.


Requests to change the default templates should be carefully considered first and a register of changes maintained by the client.

ADMIN

  • Login OTP
  • Registration Successful (OTP details)
  • Business Admin Invite
  • Password Reset


FINANCE

  • Account Adjustment Receipt
  • Credit Alert
  • Credit Warning
  • Payment Receipt


OPERATIONAL

  • Behaviour - school (when driver has access to make a behaviour report)
  • No card
  • Force logout activated
  • No Card
  • Route Message
  • Emergency notification
  • Absence recorded
  • Student Added to bus
  • Student removed from bus
  • Booking confirm


OPERATIONAL - Parent Choose to receive via their App (Optional)

  • Exceptions
  • Scan Status
