When Peak-Hour Restrictions Apply

The following actions may be unavailable during:

  • 7:00–9:00am (AEDT)

  • 3:00–6:00pm (AEDT)

Affected actions:

  • Running End of Year Rollover

  • Generating Reports

If you attempt these during peak hours, you’ll see a message asking you to try again later.

What This Means for You

  • Your data is not changed while actions are unavailable

  • No rollover steps or reports partially run

  • Everything becomes available again automatically outside peak hours

Common Questions

Why are rollover and reports blocked at certain times?
This helps keep the system fast and reliable when it’s most heavily used.

Do I need to restart anything later?
No. You can simply try again once peak hours end.

Will this affect my data?
No changes are made while these actions are unavailable.

Why This Matters

By temporarily limiting high-load actions during peak times, RollCall remains responsive for drivers, parents, and schools when it matters most.
