The CSV Import tool allows schools to add and update student records in bulk using a structured template.


It is designed to give you control over how student data is created or changed. Depending on the option selected, you can:

  • Add new students

  • Fully replace existing student data

  • Update selected fields only


Because imports can affect existing records, it’s important to choose the correct mode before proceeding.

How to Access CSV Import

  1. Go to Students

  2. Click Import in the top right


You will then select your import mode.
