Navigating Reports

1. Access your school's RollCall Admin Console.


2. Select "Reports" from the navigation bar.




3. Select the type report you are after by navigating your 'Favorite Reports' or moving across the specified categories tab.





4. Apply any relevant filters such as:

- 'Report Type' - If you wish to change the report you want to run.

- 'Date Range' - Select from the available days in the drop down or run your own custom date range.

- 'Student' - Option to select a specific student or run a report for ALL.

- 'Bus' - Option to run a Specific AM or PM route or run ALL.



5. Once all fields are completed, Click 'Generate Report' below.




6. TO NOTE - this only generates a preview of the report, if you wish to see the full report, you will need to fill out the criteria (Step 4) and click 'Export Report'.



7. Follow the prompt of which File Type you wish to Export as, Excel (.xls) or PDF.


 8. Once selected this will initiate the download process which can take a few minutes, when completed the exported report can be found under your 'notification' bell in the top right corner next to the 'Marketplace' tab.
